FOCUS

Tonight i tried something different during my GYFM.
i breath in deep, hold my breath for a while and when i breath out i say NMAMTF 1 time.
When i do this i find myself having much more concentration than before and i could focus better.
My mind dont drift too much which is the most important.

The breathing style is a bit like pranic breathing so i was wondering if i can mixed it together when i do GYFM?
Please advice MR.
